Nick Jarvis Personal Training is based in Silsden, West Yorkshire. We have spent just over 12 years working in the fitness industry following our passion for health and fitness. In that time we have been able to work with many people of all abilities both recreationally and professionally helping them to improve their physique. We have worked with clients from as young as 14 to over 60. Age is no barrier! We will provide help, support and guidance on losing weight, building muscle, toning, getting fitter or whatever your health & fitness goals are. We will show you how to get there and be with you every step of the way!

We have been involved in football, boxing and karate over the years. This has given us a great understanding of how to improve cardiovascular health for fitness and weight loss. We firmly believes in the mind body connection and will help improve your mind-set as well as your body. The mind plays a huge role in helping you reach your physique goals. We will show you how to use it to keep you on track and achieve your goals.

We are also qualified as nutritional advisors who will guide you on the best foods to eat for fat loss, muscle building and optimal performance. We are going to change your lifestyle so your results last! No fad diets or gimmicks. We will show you what works, what to avoid and the real secrets to getting and maintaining your perfect body.
